		<description>Hi Robin.  So glad to hear your Dad&#039;s outcome as well as his patient experience was so good.  Might I ask which Cleveland Clinic hospital he was at?  The reason I ask is I&#039;d like to find out how your father&#039;s Auditory Experience was.  Was he disturbed or awakened by transient noises?  Were times of angst soothed with pleasant music or nature sounds?  We shape the Auditory Experience for patients and clinical staff in healing environments.  I know the HCAHPS quietness scores for all US hospitals (including Cleveland Clinic&#039;s) and I&#039;m curious if your dad&#039;s auditory experience correlated with that facility’s particular HCAHPS quietness score.   Thanks</description>
