Kahler Slater, along with HOK Sport, designed this 20,000 seat multi-purpose arena in downtown Milwaukee to house facilities for the Marquette Golden Eagles, the Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Admirals and Milwaukee WAVE. In addition, Kahler Slater designed the Marquette University Men’s Basketball Locker Suite. Besides the multi-purpose arena, the facility is also used for concerts, and includes locker rooms, meeting rooms, weight rooms, concession areas and luxury boxes.
Kahler Slater recently designed additional entertainment venues within the Bradley Center, each offering patrons a distinct experience. Club Cambria is a sponsored, private club within the Bradley Center offering an opportunity to socialize while enjoying events and fine dining. Generous use of glass and upscale finishes enhance the exclusivity of the experience. Platforms accommodate tables with rolling chairs, ensuring everyone a view of the arena’s events. The Courtside Club is available only to courtside seat-holders. The sports bar concept is enhanced by the latest technology including a special LED lighting system and numerous large flat-screen TVs. The bar itself is the focal point of this space, accented by large circular ceiling elements reminiscent of basketballs or hockey pucks. This space is fanciful, fun and full of energy on game days. The Theater Boxes provide a new fan experience unlike any other. Premium amenities, refined service and exquisite food and beverage selections are all within easy reach as you take in the excitement of a great game. Ownership includes a private theater box, a personal reserved table in the all-inclusive dining room lounge and tickets to Bradley Center team events. Club 71 honors the 1971 Milwaukee Bucks championship team and serves as a casual meeting place pre-and post- event for up to 120 guests. Kahler Slater designed a number of distinct experiences to meet the needs of every Bradley Center guest. This work reflects our understanding of the changing world of sports, retail and entertainment.
