Kahler Slater is thrilled to be a part of the Mokena Medical Commons project in Mokena, IL with Irgens Partners.
The single-story, 32,300 square foot, multi-tenant facility will be anchored by Women’s Healthcare of Illinois, which will occupy 15,000 square feet in the project. The remaining 17,300 square feet will be available for a complimentary medical office user in the facility. The project is expected to be complete in September.
