Kahler Slater Expands Reach To The Mid-Atlantic

June 5, 2017

We are excited to announce that Kahler Slater is expanding our reach to the Mid-Atlantic region with a Richmond, Virginia office that will open in June! A Richmond office supports Kahler Slater’s strategic plans for growth. The new office will serve as an additional key location as Kahler Slater continues to support their clients’ architecture, interior design and environmental branding needs in the corporate office, health care, higher education, hospitality, multi-family housing and athletics/recreation markets

We have been actively serving clients in Virginia and other Mid-Atlantic states including Augusta Health, Mary Baldwin University, Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, Sentara RMH Medical Center, Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital, and others for the past 16 years. “Working with fantastic Mid-Atlantic clients over the last decade has shown us that Virginia is a great place to do business, and we absolutely fell in love with the City of Richmond. When we talked about expanding our firm, Richmond was a clear choice,” said Al Krueger, Vice President and Healthcare Team Leader.

“We are excited for our friends and collaborators at Kahler Slater. We have worked with Kahler Slater for over 10 years, starting with our Outpatient Care Center, followed by our replacement hospital, and now several other projects—it will be great to have them as a permanent asset to the organizations in Virginia,” said Amelia (“Amy”) Black, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, Chief Operating Officer, Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital.

The office is located in Richmond’s historic Shockoe Slip neighborhood at 104 Shockoe Slip. Kahler Slater works globally and has offices located in Milwaukee (Headquarters) and Madison, Wl; Singapore; and now Richmond, VA.
