Kahler Slater spoke at the 2010 American Hospital Association's Rural Health Care Leadership Conference in Phoenix, AZ with our client St. Clare Hospital & Health Services. In our two presentations, we discussed process efficiency and organizational culture, two key components for successful change. We also wrote an article on the importance of culture in operational changes that highlights many lessons learned in our work with rural health care organizations.
