Kahler Slater developed a master plan, design guidelines and preliminary development options for a suburban 65-acre site. The master plan leverages the site’s position between the I-94 corridor and the Bluemound Road corridor. This will maximize the development opportunities for a diverse product offering that includes a cluster of headquarters-sized commercial office buildings, ambulatory care and retail.

The first development is a five-story, 160,000-square-foot office building with surface and structured parking.
