St. Francis is a quaint, scenic, and highly desirable place to live due to its location directly on the shore of Lake Michigan. In response to this high demand, Kahler Slater was selected by to design a multi-family housing development that would meet and amplify the tenant-appeal for the site.

The resulting plan is a two-phase 221-unit development that includes both detached garage and surface parking. Amenities will include a clubhouse and pool, community courtyards, business centers, community rooms, fitness centers, lobby lounges, bike parking and maintenance facilities, dog walking and washing facilities, and many other high-end features.
