Your participation in this survey will deepen our understanding of the issues and opportunities we have for our recreation facilities and programs. It will take less than 10 minutes and offer us valuable insights.
All participants have a chance to enter a drawing for a $5 voucher to be used at on-campus Chick-fil-A locations. We will randomly select 50 survey respondents. You can enter the giveaway by providing your email at the end. Please note that we will keep your survey answers anonymous and will not correlate your email for the drawing to your responses.
