Trina Sandschafer, AIA, LEED AP, Design Principal and Vice President, was selected to be a juror for the AIA Puerto Rico Honor Awards 2021. The objective of the Design Awards program is to encourage excellence in architecture, to elevate public consciousness of good design, and to recognize those architects whose work enriches our built environment.
In addition to design deliberation, Trina was invited to give a lecture to the architecture students at the University of Puerto Rico. Her lecture is titled: True North. The conversation includes finding your truths in architecture, the impact of disruption, and the power of design.
Trina is a juror in collaboration with Glenda Puente of Glenda Puente Architect and University of Miami, and Benjamin Cadena of Studio Cadena and Columbia University.
