Katy Frey has focused her career on Designing Healing Experiences®. She has completed a host of healthcare environments during her career and is known for her sensitivity to patient and staff needs. Katy focuses on powerful results – from decreased infection and fall rates and increased employee retention to results that seem immeasurable – like a nurse brought to tears when she first walks into the new space where she will care for her patients.
