With Milwaukee selected for the first Westin Hotel in the state of Wisconsin, Kahler Slater was tasked with designing a building that would celebrate the flag’s arrival while infusing the standards of their internationally renowned brand.

The resulting Westin Downtown Milwaukee is a 220-guestroom hotel strategically positioned in the heart of Milwaukee’s employment center. At 9-stories, standing just blocks from the lakeshore, the hotel gives guests dramatic views of downtown and Lake Michigan, with easy access to a wide variety of area businesses and entertainment options that surround. The hotel features a 10,000 square foot conference room, a full-service restaurant and bar, and a guestroom tower with up to 36 guestrooms per floor.
