At Kahler Slater, your voice matters.
Great design comes from a balance of autonomy and respectful collaboration. Every role is highly valued, and every person is trusted to contribute to Kahler Slater’s purpose. Together, we celebrate curiosity, think optimistically, and encourage fun.
Our purpose is to design to enrich life and achieve powerful results. We are guided and influenced by our values as we live our purpose.
Honest intent, to our clients and each other.
Encouragement and support to do what drives us.
Actively seeking new perspectives and solutions.
Sharing information makes us stronger and smarter.
Celebrating differences because they are our strengths.
Sharing and living our values in our community.
Valuing honesty and mutual respect to do our best together.
Positively, professionally challenging and supporting each other.
Each of our studios uniquely reflect our passion for design.
Our spaces in Milwaukee, Chicago, Madison, and Richmond are designed to support individual needs while encouraging interaction so that the best ideas are shared and explored. Each office is located in a vibrant urban area that allows our staff to embrace the culture and amenities of that city. With ample collaboration spaces, flexible furniture, and outdoor patios, we aim to make our spaces a reflection of what we value.
Community involvement and volunteerism is integral to who we are. We are dedicated to finding ways to support diversity, equity, and inclusion in the communities we live, work, and serve. Our support includes donations of our time, talents, and resources.
