Located in Chicago’s Lakeshore East neighborhood, Kahler Slater led the interior unit renovations at Coast to elevate the lakefront living experience for residents.

Inspired by Nordic design, the refreshed units feature modern, minimalist materials that create a sense of calm and comfort. Thoughtful space planning enhances both connection and relaxation throughout each home.

The design was completed in partnership with Enformed Builds and Morguard Management Company.
