Kahler Slater designed an 18-story high-rise consisting of seven stories of parking and 100 luxury apartments. While this concept was not built and is no longer being contemplated, this development is a forward thinking vision for multi-family design and the integration of amenities. The project was designed to include studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units with expansive views. Proposed amenities include a dog run and pet spa, a rooftop deck with firepits and grilling stations, as well as an outdoor pool and concierge services.
