Heartland Advisors was looking to relocate their offices to offer an elevated guest experience and reinforce their boutique, family firm brand.  As their existing space in Milwaukee began to date itself, Heartland Advisors partnered with Kahler Slater to re-image their space in BMO Tower.

Their new space supports an open office plan, with robust amenities and future growth opportunities. With access to the outdoors, the suite features an outdoor terrace alongside an adjacent flexible work café. The café was designed to accommodate Heartland Advisor's commitment to hosting numerous client and industry events. As one of the first tenants of the BMO Tower, Heartland Advisors was excited to be a part of the vibrant business community in the heart of the city.
