Christopher Ludwig was one of the top three contestants in the Milwaukee chapter of the American Institute of Architects “emerging architects” competition. In the design competition, he suggests a new tower to the north of the BMO Harris Bradley Center that would include a hotel, dwelling units, a big-box retailer, cinemas/ lecture halls, retail, bars, entertainment and parking.
