We were honored to join our clients at Irgens for the official groundbreaking ceremony on The Corridor site in Brookfield. The 66-acre mixed-use development is sure to be a great addition to the community.
Phase One will include The Shoppes at the Corridor – more than 140,000 square feet of retail space, home to high-quality retailers and destination restaurants with ample surface parking.
Next phases will include The Corridor Corporate & Technology Park – more than 500,000 square feet of five-story, Class A, multi-tenant office buildings with structured and surface parking and a multi-purpose site available for health/wellness, hotel or office use with surface parking.
