Kahler Slater Earns “Emerging Professional Friendly Firm” Distinction From AIA North Central States Region

Kahler Slater earned the Emerging Professional Friendly Firm distinction From AIA North Central States Region. This is a new program developed and being promoted by the Emerging Professionals group in a 4-state region including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Kahler Slater was chosen because of the ways the firm excels at:

  • Providing fair compensation and benefits to emerging professionals
  • Supporting architectural licensure and invest in the professional development of EP’s
  • Actively creating opportunities for emerging professionals to grow
  • Demonstrating commitment and innovation to train and mentor emerging professionals.

The Emerging Professionals group also thanked Kahler Slater for helping to move the architecture profession forward as a more supportive community of practitioners towards all and congratulated the firm on excellent efforts to support the next generation of architects.
