Kahler Slater Leadership Presents at AIA Wisconsin Symposium

Kahler Slater was proud to present at this year's AIA Wisconsin Symposium.  Our Executive Team, Al Krueger, Glenn Roby, and Tracie Parent, shared "How to Thrive by Taking on the Biggest Issues Facing Firms Today."  

The presentation focused on strategies our leadership team employed to enable Kahler Slater to flourish throughout the pandemic while leading us into our next generation. They shared how a resilient mindset turned challenges to opportunities with examples of; a successful ownership transition, using our HQ relocation as springboard of change, and adopting bold additions to our strategic plan.
