UW-Madison Bakke Recreation & Wellbeing Center Opens
April 25, 2023Yesterday, UW-Madison's Bakke Recreation & Wellbeing Center officially opened to students. Designed to address current and future recreation, fitness and wellness needs of campus, the new Center offers students a home for wellbeing services, a 25-yard recreational pool, 8 basketball courts, an ice arena, sport simulators, expanded fitness areas, multipurpose studios, and an indoor jogging track.
Congratulations to our client, partners, and our design team. Kahler Slater was partnered with HOK to design & deliver this project.
