March 7, 2018The following individuals have been promoted to Associate Principal which is an ownership position at Kahler Slater. Each brings strong leadership to major client projects, key strategic firm initiatives, and service to the community. These leaders live the Kahler Slater core values and bring passion to their work. Each person expertly partners with our clients using design to enrich life and achieve powerful results!
Ava Casey brings 22 years of experience to her role as Senior Accountant and has served Kahler Slater for over 13 years. Her primary role is to support the firm’s healthcare project leaders in ensuring their projects’ financial success and organization. This includes participation in the creation and management of budgets, workplans, invoicing, technical support, and client service. In addition to Ava’s role as Senior Accountant, she is an active leader as head of the firm’s 401k committee, a key technical advisor for the firm’s ERP system, and Captain of the Kahler Slater bowling team. Ava graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
As a Project Architect on Corporate, Hospitality and Multi-Family Housing projects, Ethan Skeels has established himself as a firm resource with his extensive knowledge in all phases of design. He provides his clients with solutions to their various design challenges and coordinates the architectural team in all work, from project inception to completion. Not only is Ethan passionate about the built environment, he is committed to its role in the community and recently co-chaired the firm’s notable efforts in support of Newaukee Night Markets, an annual festival aimed at reinvigorating Milwaukee’s W Wisconsin Ave. Ethan graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Architecture.
