Focused on promoting health, wellness, and inclusivity, Kahler Slater partnered with the YMCA of Dane County to design a vibrant new community facility. The center will feature aquatics areas for swim lessons and lap swimming, a multi-court gymnasium for basketball and pickleball, and a fitness center complete with an indoor walking and running track. Additional spaces include universal locker rooms, SilverSneakers programming, youth activity zones, and a daycare.

A welcoming, open lobby will serve as a hub for community connection, while outdoor spaces will support programming and events. Designed with adaptability in mind, the facility will be equipped to evolve alongside the needs of the community.
