Colliers - a leader in global real estate, relocated their office from an adaptive reuse in Milwaukee’s Pabst Brewery Historic District to a contemporary, new construction tower in downtown. 

One of the key objectives of the design was to showcase the firm’s connectivity and involvement in the community. The new office invites guests and employees to their premier location overlooking the lake and downtown Milwaukee.
