On the tail of its 15th anniversary, Kahler Slater was engaged to refresh Bacchus, known for its contemporary showcase of fine dining, expansive wine list, and impeccable service. The Bartolotta’s envisioned an updated Bacchus that would reset expectations and elevate the experience in every sense, for every sense.
The reimagined restaurant showcases a new aesthetic that reinvigorates the guest experience. Bacchus received a significant redesign in its bar, restaurant, and conservatory. The dining area was enhanced with a vibrant lighting scheme and skylight that adds ambiance, dimension, and a brighter, lighter feel that complements the natural light from the adjacent conservatory. An expanded refurbished bar and back bar transforms the interior, creating a connection to the dining area, which has also been updated with new flooring, furnishings and wall fixtures.
