Kahler Slater and Rettler are partnering with Edgewood University to create a transformative Athletics & Wellness Campus that enhances student athlete success, wellness, and campus engagement. Developed in response to the University's need for expanded athletic facilities and year-round training opportunities, the multi-phase project will consolidate programs currently dispersed across the region and provide dedicated spaces that support recruitment, performance, and student experience.

The campus will feature synthetic turf baseball and softball stadiums, a shared competition venue for track and field, soccer, and lacrosse, and an indoor training facility. Program elements include baseball and softball training centers, locker rooms, spectator amenities, batting cages, golf simulators, turf training areas, and flexible instructional spaces. Future phases will include a fieldhouse anchored by a 1,000-seat gymnasium, alleviating scheduling constraints on the university's existing athletic facilities.

Beyond athletics, the project advances the university's commitment to environmental stewardship through the restoration of native wetlands that will serve as an outdoor learning laboratory for environmental science education. Together, the new Athletics & Wellness Campus will provide a dynamic destination that supports academic achievement, athletic excellence, and long-term campus growth.
