Carroll University & Kahler Slater Announce Partnership on $32M Sullivan School of Business, Engineering and Technology

September 16, 2025

This fall, Carroll University is celebrating the largest incoming first-year class in its history, and the launch of a $52.5 million facilities plan to support continued growth and educational excellence.

Included in this plan is the new Sullivan School of Business, Engineering and Technology, a $32 million new-construction facility designed to prepare students for a rapidly evolving workforce. The school will bring together programs in business, computer science, aviation science and drone technology, artificial intelligence, and engineering. All under one collaborative roof.

With southeastern Wisconsin’s strong manufacturing base and increasing reliance on automation and AI, the Sullivan School will help shape graduates ready to lead in both traditional and emerging industries.

Kahler Slater is proud to be part of the team alongside VJS Construction bringing this vision to life.
