SSM Health Sun Prairie Outpatient Center Celebrates Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
September 17, 2025Congratulations to our client and partners on the dedication of the new SSM Health Sun Prairie Outpatient Center, celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier this week. This 90,000-square-foot facility is designed to expand access to outpatient eye and orthopedic surgical services in a sustainable, patient-centered environment. Conveniently located along the Highway 151 corridor in Dane County, the center includes an onsite pharmacy, optical lab, and retail optical and laboratory services.
Designed by Kahler Slater and built in collaboration with J.H. Findorff & Son the facility reflects SSM Health’s commitment to restorative healing and environmental stewardship. The project site includes a robust solar array, a half-mile walking path, and natural light and nature views throughout. Additionally, 100+ year old legacy trees were maintained in the landscape. Every detail in planning was chosen to enhance wellness for patients and caregivers alike.
