Kahler Slater was honored to work with Elgin Community College to create an exceptional allied health building for its campus. Dr. Wendy Miller, Dean of Health Professions at Elgin Community College, will be sharing these insights from the project at the Tradeline conference on October 22 in Orlando, Florida, as well as discussing how community colleges are raising the bar for allied health education. Dr. Miller will profile Elgin Community College's new Health and Life Sciences Building which delivers real-world, experiential, interprofessional learning for students in nursing, radiology, dental assistance, histology, surgical technology, massage and physical therapies.
