Kahler Slater is the architect for the new Sixteenth Street Community Health Center planned at 4603 W. Mitchell St, pending approval from the Village of West Milwaukee Plan Commission. Froedtert Health will buy the 2.3-acre site, build and furnish the clinic through a $12 million gift announced in 2015. The approximately 24,000-square-foot clinic will include a pharmacy as well as space for wellness classes and a demonstration kitchen.
