Andrea Day, AIA, LEED BD+C, EDAC
Associate Principal, Architect, Senior Programming Planner
As Architect and Senior Programmer Planner, Andrea integrates design thinking, research, and program strategy to shape innovative and impactful healthcare environments. She is passionate about creating highly functional and efficient designs balanced with the demands of exceptional patient and staff experience. Her work includes a broad range of planning and design, from master planning through construction documentation. Andrea has been involved in several significant projects for our firm, including Mayo Clinic Health System La Crosse Bed Tower Addition, Hospital Sisters Health System St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, and numerous Northwestern Medicine Pharmacy modernizations.
Amanda Golemba, AIA
Associate Principal, Architect
Amanda brings insight and creativity as an Architect and Programmer/Planner serving our higher education clients across the US and Canada. She translates our client’s goals and project vision into innovative designs and strategic program solutions where students learn in interprofessional education hubs, preparing the next generation of health care professionals. A few of Amanda’s notable projects include Pittsburg State University School of Nursing and UW-Milwaukee Chemistry Building. She’s currently working on the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry project. Amanda also co-leads our firm’s sustainability initiative.
Anna Henning
Associate Principal, Accounting & Office Assistant
Anna serves as Accounting & Office Assistant at Kahler Slater, where she plays an important role in supporting the firm’s financial accuracy, operational consistency, and day-to-day business efficiency. She is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and contributes to the effective coordination of accounting and administrative functions that support firm operations. Anna assists with daily accounting activities, maintains accurate financial records, and provides administrative support that strengthens internal controls, workflow efficiency, and team productivity. Known for her professionalism, collaborative mindset, and positive approach, she supports financial integrity and operational effectiveness across the organization. Anna is currently advancing her professional development and will earn her Accounting Bookkeeper Trainee certificate and Accounting Assistant Technical Diploma later this year.
Tara Munn
Associate Principal, Senior BIM Coordinator
Tara serves as Senior BIM Coordinator at Kahler Slater, providing strategic leadership in advancing the firm’s BIM standards, design quality, and technical execution across all project types. In this role, she plays a critical part in strengthening project collaboration, mitigating risk, and aligning BIM practices with the firm’s operational, financial, and design objectives, contributing directly to efficiency, profitability, and consistently successful project outcomes. Tara partners closely with project teams to ensure BIM processes are standardized, scalable, reliable, and fully compliant with regulatory and contractual requirements. As leader of the firm’s BIM Information Group, she drives firmwide best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement. Tara also contributes to organizational leadership and engagement through her active participation on the Culture Council, supporting the firm’s long-term growth and values.
