The Grand Avenue Mall in downtown Milwaukee is undergoing a new experience design plan and Kahler Slater is playing an important role in its renaissance.
We recently led key mall constituents and community leaders through a Visioning Workshop to develop a new vision for the mall. The result is the creation of a new hub of creative and entrepreneurial groups in the second floor of the Plakinton Building. It has already attracted a VA business incubator and Spreenkler, an interactive marketing firm will be moving its office and developing a new initiative called The Talent Lab.
