An investment in the community and a place for athletes and the community to come together

MOSH Performance Center

Franklin, Wisconsin

With a goal to support an active and healthy community, the new MOSH Performance Center provides seamless support for services such as physical therapy, orthopedic care, and other vital health and wellness services in one place. Anchor tenants include the Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital, EXOS Physical Therapy & Performance Training, ROC Ventures, and the Briscoe Family YMCA.

The facility is part of the “Ballpark Commons,” a mixed-use development and 4,000-seat baseball stadium in Franklin, Wisconsin, home to the UW-Milwaukee baseball team. Features include space for retail, restaurants, apartments, senior living and a golf entertainment facility. As healthcare professionals continue to evaluate how healthcare is delivered, the focus is increasingly turning toward the consumer. The MOSH Performance Center is a consumer-driven facility that bridges the gap between medical and whole-body wellness in the Franklin community.

Kahler Slater was the lead design architect for this project which is an investment in the community and is a place for athletes and the community to come together.
