Kahler Slater is currently working with the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point to design a facility that will be the home for campus wellness. The new facility will combine the Recreation Department, Student Health Services, and the Counseling Center to provide all aspects of health and wellness in one location.

The design thoughtfully integrates all programs into one coherent experience in order to support awareness of all aspects of health and wellness. The main entry is surrounded by a large, 2-story wellness center that includes cardio, weights and functional fitness areas. Student Health Services, along with the Counseling Center are also located directly off of the main entry. Group exercise studios and a large multi-purpose gymnasium are located on the second level.
