City of Rochester Approves Phase 1 Construction of new Regional Sports & Recreation Complex

We’re excited to share that the City of Rochester, MN, has officially approved construction of the outdoor phase of the new Regional Sports & Recreation Complex. This milestone allows the project to move forward, bringing much‑needed recreation and sports tourism amenities to the region.

Phase One includes outdoor baseball and multipurpose fields, pickleball courts, a basketball court, concessions, restrooms, playground areas, and new trail connections. These facilities will activate a 160-acre site and serve the community for years to come. 

Phase 2 will include an indoor court and turf facility to provide year-round sports and recreation opportunities. 

We are proud to continue our partnership with TSP Architects and the City of Rochester as this important project takes its next step.
