Tracie Parent Named a Wisconsin Titan 100 for 2026

Kahler Slater is proud to announce that Tracie Parent, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, has been named a Wisconsin Titan 100 for the second consecutive year. The Titan 100 program recognizes Wisconsin’s top CEOs and C-level executives for their exceptional leadership, vision, and impact.

Tracie’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing Kahler Slater’s strategic goals. Over the past year, she has led the development of scalable operational systems, enhanced cross-functional collaboration, and expanded the firm’s Environmental Branding practice.

In addition to her role at Kahler Slater, Tracie continues to mentor emerging leaders and serve on multiple boards. She was named a Top Woman CFO of 2025 by Women We Admire and currently serves as Treasurer for TEMPO and Vice Chair of the Focus Credit Union Board.
